IM Uk 70.3 I knew the bike was tough – no idea about the run though! That was tough…. I came 7th in AG and qualified for the 70.3 World Championships in Clearwater, Fl. At last something to look forward to this November!

A day of firsts...

Sunday 13th July
I am an Ironman! Just finished IM Switzerland in 10hrs and 12 mins. This was a first for me – first long swim, first Ironman and first run over 15 miles. To say I am sore is an understatement…..Weather was not the kindest, but the support was great and it was an event that will stay with me forever

Monday 4th February
retul has arrived in the UK ! I am thrilled to say that we have the first and only Retul 3D motion capture system in Europe in our studio. Retul allows me to capture fitting data dynamically, and in real time so we can make changes to your riding position instantaneously and with sub mm accuracy. Gone are the days of a goniometer and static measuring!
