Introducing Martin Muldoon
Martin Muldoon is Ireland's fastest ever Ironman. We are very pleased to say the Performance Lab is sponsoring him and hope our services help bring him further glory in 2012.
He has an excellent blog here. In this picture he is warming up before his initial physiological profile. His numbers vs my numbers made for humble reading ! His coach will now get the results and can fine tune his training zones. Knowledge is power....
Introducing the Bespoke Performance Lab
We have been very busy recently, and here is the fruits of our work.
Housed within Bespoke Cycling, we have created a new performance orientated company called the 'Bespoke Performance Lab' (BPL)
Here we will offer
Bike fitting
Run gait analysis
Bio-mechanical correction (for both cycling and running)
Physiotherapy
Altitude training
Physiological testing (Lactate threshold + Ramp tests)
Many more pictures and info to come !

Matt's Z5SL
This is Matt's Z5SL, with a mixture of SRAM Red and Force. Wheels are the lovely DA carbon laminate clinchers.
James' Z5 (custom decals)
This is a Z5 with a custom finish- its a gloss cleacoat with Race Ghost decals. Looks great in the flesh; very subtle and then the light catches the decals and it really 'pops'. The finish kit is Campag Chorus and Mavic Kysrium SLR wheels.
My Z1
I built up this bike last year - its a custom Z1 with internal Di2 routing and an SRM power meter (which always makes dispiriting reading). I recently got my 303 Firecrest clinchers as shop demo wheels, so others can see just how good these wheels are.
Robert's Firefly
My man Robert flies in from Dublin to pick this up. Looking forward to having far too many coffees with Robert and putting the world to right!
Its also great building bikes with Robert - his brief is also simple "make it amazing'.

Paul's Madone Project One
Just a lovely build
This is a 6.2 Project One Madone frameset. We then built it up with a Dura Ace and a Rotor crank and Zipp 303 Firecrest wheels
